Reservation & Retainer

A signed rental agreement and non-refundable retainer are required to secure your event date and selected pieces. Availability is not guaranteed until both are received.

Payment Schedule

The remaining balance is due prior to the event date, as outlined in your custom quote and rental agreement.

Cancellations

Retainers are non-refundable. Cancellations made after booking may be subject to additional fees depending on timing and circumstances.

Damage & Responsibility

Rented items remain the responsibility of the client from the time of delivery until pickup. Any damage beyond normal wear may result in repair or replacement fees. Rented items must remain at the delivery location and may not be moved to another venue or event location.

Outdoor Events & Weather

If items are placed outdoors, clients are responsible for ensuring protection from weather conditions including rain, excessive heat, or moisture.

Our collection consists of vintage and one-of-a-kind pieces. Quantities are limited and availability cannot be guaranteed until confirmed.
